At Raven Cues, we stand behind the precision and quality of our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in original, unplayed condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your cue or accessory in its original protective packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent delays.
Ship to Raven Cues
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend insuring the shipment as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the cue's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
